Featuring paintings, photography, sculpture and other unique works, there is always a local treasure to be found. The Azul Gift Shop is on the main level with everything you need to complete your New Mexico experience. All products are sustainably made in the USA. Classic Pendleton blankets, western wear, hats, children’s gifts, and hand-crafted jewelry by local Native American tribes are available.
If indoor shopping is not enough, stroll the property and enjoy the sculpture garden featuring over 20 pieces of art by renowned sculptors. A truly inspirational experience that will bring out the artist in everyone. The grounds of the Abiquiu Inn offer a surprise at every turn. You will catch a glimpse of the horses out in the pasture or take a moment to enjoy the awe-inspiring Plaza Blanca, “the white place” as O’Keeffe called it. These mountains have been the backdrop for many motion pictures, like City Slickers, Red Dawn Bless Me, Ultima, Cowboys and Aliens and many more.

One of the best times to visit Abiquiu is during the Studio Tour, which is the second week in October. The fall foliage is ablaze with color and over 20 studios open their doors for this self-guided art experience.
